He has a range of property experience covering asset management, property management, leasing and property valuation.

He is also a member of the Pathways to Property Alumni, an initiative aimed at widening access to the real estate profession. Bradley will be responsible for implementing asset management and property management initiatives, and in his day-to-day role will cover a range of key property disciplines.

Meanwhile, Marie Livesey has been promoted to associate director with the aim to develop long, medium and short-term asset management strategies and investment plans for the Birmingham-based company’s property portfolio.

Marie will lead on the maintenance of assets, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal frameworks, in addition to the efficient procurement of external maintenance services and materials. She is also responsible for all tenant services, day-to-day repairs of properties, and the potential acquisition of new assets.

Managing director Kevin Sharkey said: “This is an exciting new era for Key Land Capital and we have some excellent developments in the pipeline.
